What are your check-in and check out times?
> Check-In is 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am.
Can I have an early check-in or late check-out?
> Depending on room availability, some exceptions may be made to check-in or check-out times.
I want a room for a special occasion. What do you have?
> Our spacious Jet Tub rooms are ideal for newlyweds, anniversaries, and other special occasions. We also have a boardroom available that holds up to 40 people.
Are there restrictions when keeping a pet in room?
> The pet must be not be left alone in the room. Large dogs are permitted at the manager's discretion.
What are the restrictions with regard to Smoking?
> Smoking is permitted within rooms or outside only. The common areas such as the lobby, halls and breakfast room are not available for smoking.
What is the maximum capacity for the different rooms types?
> Our King rooms hold 2; double queen rooms hold 4; mini-suites have two queen beds and a queen size fold-out bed, providing comfortable rest for six. Cots are available for select rooms.
What is in your Continental Breakfast?
> Our Continental Breakfast consists of a variety of hot and cold cereals, waffles, breakfast quesadillas, muffins, pastries, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, and yogurt. Also available at any time are a selection of teas, apple cider, and hot chocolate.

What forms of payment do you accept?
> Most major credit cards, debit, cash, Global Travel Vouchers, Gold Crown Points and Best Western Travel cards.
Do I need a Credit Card to hold my reservation?
> Your reservation will be held until 6 pm, unless you have secured it with a valid Credit Card number at which point it will become a guaranteed hold.
Can I hold my reservation with a Credit Card, but use another method to pay for my room once I arrive?
> Absolutely. We are equipped to handle a variety of payment methods, and you are free to change this method right up to the point of check-out.
What is the age limit for children to stay for free?
> Children under the age of 18 can stay for free when accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Are there fees to use any of your amenities, like the Fitness room or Internet?
> No, all of our amenities are provided at no extra cost.
Do you have discounts for large groups or Sports Teams?
> We honour all standard Best Western discounts, as well as having Large Group and Sports Team discounts.
I represent a large company and would like to set up a Direct Bill account with you. How would I do this?
